Wow! What a leap for dairy prices!

Dairy prices spiked at the Global Dairy Trade auction this week, rising by an average of 11%, with prices for whole milk powder, which is New Zealand’s biggest dairy export product, soaring 20%.  This rise was the sixth time prices have increased in the last seven auctions, and prices are now at their highest level since July 2014.
