Flexibility about how, and where, we work

The rapid changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in some significant shifts in working behaviours. One of the most defining changes appears to be the location of where Kiwis work. An evolution towards more flexible working arrangements was always likely to occur, but there are questions about how much of the recent shift will be sustained in New Zealand as the economy returns to something like normal.
