Insipid Budget construction response hints at lack of an economic plan

Infrastructure, state housing, and funds for apprenticeships were all part of the government’s COVID-19 response in last month’s budget. But the government’s strong leadership throughout the public health response to COVID-19 is starting to give way to a less emphatic response to the resulting economic woes.
